Who is the fairest wall mirror of all?

Mirrors are one of those magical little accessories that carry a big punch in home decor.  We offer a variety of sizes, shapes and styles of wall mirrors that, in many instances are pretty enough to be called functional art.

Mirrors can brighten a dark room, reflect a beautiful view for double the viewing pleasure or provide the perfect spot for last minute touch-ups as you dash out the door.  Some styles offer additional storage space, full-body viewing or even a hand-painted design that enhances your home’s decor.  With shapes that include square, oval, rectangular and round, there is a mirror style that will please everyone.

This mirror with attached storage drawer is the perfect choice for the powder room, entry or mudroom.  The lightly distressed finish will be right at home in any cottage or coastal setting and the drawer provides a spot for necessary, but not necessarily pretty,  items like keys, tissues, gloves etc.  You can also remove the drawer and display little treasures or create a cubby for the daily mail.

Unexpected shapes or the addition of decorative molding can turn an ordinary mirror into a surprising piece of decor that catches people’s eye.  For example, the addition of crown and base molding adds an impressive touch to this wall mirror.

Oval and round mirrors can help soften all the sharp edges found in a room from the edges of walls and furniture to the square shape of windows and doors.  Free-standing mirrors will brighten a dark corner and also allow you to get a full view of yourself before you leave the house, thereby preventing “disasters” like mis-matched socks or a sagging slip.
